When it came to creating my own recruitment business, I wanted a name that truly reflected what I stand for, people first, always! That’s where Matter comes from, not only does it represent the substance of everything around us, but it also stems from the Latin word for mother, my shining light that has enabled me to live my dream and build something in the right way. Just like a mother nurtures, supports, and helps others grow, Matter is built on those same principles: care, connection, and commitment to the success of my clients, candidates, and teams.
